We obtain this information directly from you, from other business contacts, or from publicly avaiable open sources.

We may share your personal information collected in the course of providing legal services with third parties (such as advisors, related parties, courts, authorities, counterparties and other persons) in Switzerland, the European Union or other countries if required or useful for providing our services.

Further, we may share your personal information with third parties where:

– you have given your express consent (in the scope of the GDPR, the justification in art. 6 para. 1 lit. A is authoritative in this case),

– the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have on overriding interest worthy of protecting the non-disclosure of your data (in the scope of the GDPR, the justification of art. 6 para 1 lit. F is authoritative in this case),

– in the event that a legal obligation exists for the transfer (in the scope oft he GDPR, the justification according to art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR is decisive in this case), and

– this is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you (in the scope of application of the GDPR, the justification according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR is decisive in this case).

We use third parties who provide services on our behalf and may share your information with them, for example banks, insurance companies, accountant, or a technology suppliers who may have access to your personal information when providing software support.

 

3. How we protect your personal information

We put in place appropriate security measures to hold your personal information securely in electronic and physical form to protect it from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

Our partners and third party service providers who have access to confidential information are subject to confidentiality obligations.
